Amazing peacefully little campground with pleasant people and wonderful activities for all

Went for the first time, loved the pool very clean. Listening to the river stream is a relaxing experience. The office building has a play room with some arcade games a pool table and a ping pong table that my kids enjoyed. Something I find a mood killer is that is too close to rt 20 and you could hear the trafic specially trucks and also you could see the lights from the cars flashing through the tents all night long. Another thing, the camping area is to close to each other. Is dificult to turn a car back in a one way path. Also is a trailer park and has permanent residents living there and I encountered they were a little over protective because, two hours before we checked out we got acused by them of stealing fire wood. Yes we were exploring the campsites on top of the hill in a pick up truck and with no reason they told the owner we were stealing fire wood. While I was walking back to my site she passed right by me speeding in her golf cart and she didn't even turned her face to look at me and say goodmorning. I thought it was an emergency. A minute after I got there and she is talking to my kids. At that moment I didn't know we were accused and just said goodmorning and we started talking about the place how nice it was and how lucky she was and blah blah blah. After she leaves my kids told me that she was there checking the back of our pick up truck because some one told her that we were stealing wood and of course there were no wood in there cause we didn't take anything. I felt so bad because even thought I didn't feel welcome since my reservation phone call, I was been so nice to the owner and complementing her. I do understand the need to protect their belongings like she had mentioned before when I confronted her about what happened. But, do they point their fingers at every person who go up there with a pick up truck or were we just targeted for being the minority?? Very disapointed

We stopped to check out what they offered as a campground. Although it was a little higher priced than what we typically will pay for tent camping, the conversation we had with the owner made us want to come back and camp.

Lots of woods with a lot of privacy. Staff was great!

Great campground with great people. I real pleasure to camp there.
